Freshly stained graved salmon LOIN (back fillet) matured in a spice mix made by us. The special consistency and the first short sweet taste, completed with the freshness of orange zest, the captivating scent of cinnamon and the crisp hazelnut end in an aromatic experience, not forgetting the culinary pleasure of salmon. The recipe for this exceptionally good loin has been given to us by our long-time friends Astrid and Kjell from Norway. It is a recipe from their family and has not been given further in over 100 years of Norwegian tradition. The loin, which has now been tested several times by us, is characterised by its caramel taste and the delicate salmon fillet melting on the tongue. Its colour makes the water run in your mouth. Processing: salmon are delivered as fresh raw material and stained by the Hamburg fish workers at our production site outside Hamburg with the specially developed spice mixture in the traditional Nordic style and thus refined. Ingredients: salmon, salt, sugar, spice mix, cinnamon, orange zest, hazelnut. Shelf life: at least 10 days at +2 to 7 degrees Celsius. The Hamburg fish workers are kept exclusively by freshly caught slaughter and naturally preserving preparation with salt, sugar and spices as well as fresh herbs. If you want to keep the salmon longer, please freeze it.
